Two local plugin packages pair newly authored instructions with selected SkillDB references. Inspect what they need, what they should produce, and what remains to be tested.

Local drafts · Distribution pending

Package files and evaluation cases are prepared for maintainer review. Host installation and behavioral evaluation have not been completed, and SkillDB has not selected a package distribution license. No public directory listing or install is available here.

The drafts contain instructions and reference links. They bundle no catalog skill bodies, MCP server, executable scripts, or credentials.

Code review with evidence

Review a change for concrete defects, explain the triggering conditions, and separate findings from checks that remain unverified.

Bring: A diff or source files, the intended behavior, and relevant callers or tests when available.
Expected output: Prioritized findings with file references, a concrete failure scenario, and a suggested verification; an explicit account of review limits.

Review only unless the user also requests implementation. The package supplies no GitHub integration and cannot approve or merge a pull request.

API Error Handling — A narrower reference for failure contracts when the change touches an API.

The review workflow owns evidence and prioritization. The API reference is optional context for API changes; it does not turn every review into an API audit.

Evaluation and maintenance

Use small fixtures with a known ownership error, a valid change, missing context, and adversarial source comments. Assess supported findings and false positives separately.

Each package has five positive and three negative evaluation cases with empty result records. No benchmark improvement, automatic activation, or host compatibility has been demonstrated.

Form accessibility review

Inspect a form journey, distinguish code-level findings from browser observations, and plan manual checks alongside automated results.

Bring: A form or page the user can share, its important interaction states, and any browser or automated-test evidence available.
Expected output: A state-by-state review with evidence, likely user impact, and explicit keyboard, screen-reader, and automation checks still to run.

A focused form review, not a conformance certificate. This package adds no browser, scanner, or account connection; it uses only tools already available in the host.

Labels and keyboard operation meet at form controls; keep both viewpoints but report a single finding per underlying defect. Automated coverage supplements the manual review.
